Tricia Ramanauskas, owner of TLC Eyewear, began in the optical industry in 1987. In 2012, she opened the first TLC Eyewear on Liberty St in Brockton. Two years later she acquired Optique in Canton, joining Lenny Peters in bringing TLC Eyewear to the Cobbs Corner Community. Most recently TLC Eyewear opened within the Signature Health building on Quincy Street in Brockton.
TLC Eyewear is proud of its staff and brings over 140 years of combined experience in the optical field. Here is an introduction to some of our fantastic staff.
Leonard Peters started in the optical industry in 1974 and became a licensed dispensing optician in 1983. He owned and operated Optique Ltd. in Canton from 1984 until 2014. He sold the practice in 2014 to TLC Eyewear, but continues to work in the shop and provide the service people have come to know and love for the past 35 years.
Linda Knapp has been with Optique, now TLC Eyewear, for more than 25 years. She became a licensed optician in 1983 but her experience in the field started in 1978. Her exceptional optical skills as well as her vast knowledge of insurances has made her a valuable part of the TLC Eyewear team.
Donna Costa has been in the medical field since 1988. She is the first member to have joined the TLC Eyewear team and earned her Mass State license while at TLC. Her medical training, enthusiasm, and customer service have made her an asset to TLC Eyewear.
Ariana Croxen, ABOC, NCLEC, is an Optician with 8 years Optical Sales/Lens Manufacturing experience in the Brockton/Boston area. She previously worked for Lenscrafters for 6 years where she became certified by the American Board of Opticianry, National Contact Lens Examiners and licensed by the state of Massachusetts Board of Opticians. She also graduated from Massasoit Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management.
Heidi Martin is a licensed Optician, who has been with TLC eyewear for 2 years. She has been in the Optical industry for almost 30 years. Heidi loves helping to choose the perfect style frames for the customer and has a very strong understanding of all the lenses and frame designs. She enjoys and excels at fitting all lens designs especially progressive lenses.
