After some disappointing choices, service, and sales tactics at bigger optical chains (which almost everything seems to be now), I specifically looked for a local independent optical shop, and found TLC Eyewear.  They took a great deal of time to help me find a pair of glasses that fit well and would work with my prescription, and also took the time to go over all the options with me, what my insurance/vision plan covered, etc.  They have an impressive range of frames in a variety of styles.  When my glasses arrived, they took time to ensure the best fit possible.  Prices are typical for quality eyewear, but the friendly service was really what stood out. David and his staff at the Canton office couldn't be more friendly and accommodating.    They are BY-FAR THE BEST eyewear office that I have ever set foot in and I have been wearing glasses since my first birthday.   I wouldn't go anywhere else.    The quality and the ease of the transactions has been absolutely phenomenal.   I send my friends and my co-workers there.   David and the staff make me feel special and wanted; they want to help their customers and friends and they want things to be right, even if it takes a little longer. This place is THE BEST, especially for kids. If you’re taking your child anywhere else and you live in the area, you need to make the change. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will make quick fixes and adjustments at no charge and get you out of there quickly. My son is constantly breaking something on his glasses and they have never failed to be amazing at customer service.
